All About BRILLIANCE CLEANING SERVICES & How We Work

Brilliance offers regular detailed residential cleanings on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, move-in and move-out cleanings, rental property cleanings, and one-time deep cleanings.

Brilliance’s rates are determined according to size and location, type and frequency of cleaning and condition of home or premises. We are reasonable! We work hard to offer you the highest level of personal service at the best possible price.

Brilliance does not require a contract or have hidden fees, and there is no long-term obligation required. We want you to be happy with our work and let that be the reason you keep us for many years to come.

Brilliance’s employees are bonded, and covered by liability insurance.

Brilliance’s cleaning teams consist of two or three uniformed people for each home. We feel that this scenario provides the best working situation for you as well as for our employees.

Brilliance requires payment at the time of service in the form of cash, online banking payment (prior to clean), or personal check. In case you forget to leave payment, there is a $10.00 service fee in addition to your regular cleaning fee, and may be mailed the same day. Brilliance requires a key to your home, code to a key box, or a garage code so that we can get inside to work. We will need this prior to your first clean. If you choose not to provide us with a way to access your home and we are locked out, we expect to be paid for that clean regardless. This includes any changes that you have made but failed to inform us about. We will try everything possible to reschedule a makeup clean, but cannot always guarantee one.

Brilliance understands that sometimes you will need to cancel your cleaning for whatever reason. All we ask of you is a three-day notice prior. If less than a three-day notice, we expect to be paid at a rate of 50% of the cleaning rate. Same day cancellations will result in 100% of your cleaning cost. We will do our best to reschedule your missed clean within the week, although this is not a guarantee. Thank you for understanding.

Brilliance uses quality cleaning supplies and equipment. Occasionally we will use bleach products. If you prefer that we did not use bleach, please inform us prior to your first clean.

Brilliance’s breakage and loss policy is that our liability limits are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the loss/breakage occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Items excluded from liability are antiques, art, cash, electronics, hard-get-items, items of sentimental value, and jewelry.

Brilliance uses extreme care when it comes to keys and codes. They are always safely locked up, and coded. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $50.00 per location liability limit.
