Yes, Brilliance Cleaning Services is fully licensed, bonded and insured.Do I need to provide Cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring everything we need to clean your home. However, if you would like us to use your vacuum, cleaning supplies or a special product, just ask us and we will be happy to satisfy your request.Why does the first clean cost more that the posterior maintenance cleanings?
Our first cleaning is like spring or deep cleaning which requires extra attention and we spend much more time than on subsequent visits.Do I need to be home at the time of my cleaning?
Your are welcome to be present or you may give us a key, leave it in a secure place or provide us a garage code. It is totally up to you .Whatever makes you feel comfortable and secure.Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We believe in doing our best to obtain your business and that you stay with us solely because you are satisfied with our work.Will you arrive always at the same time?
There are many factors throughout the day that may affect our arrival time. While we cannot guarantee an exact time for arrival we can give you an estimated time (generally an hour window of time).How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
We work in teams of 2 or 3 people. Most of the time will be the same persons. Should we need to change a team member due to vacations or illness we will notify you in advance.What if something is not cleaned properly?
Please call us right away and we will return to your home the next day to correct anything that was missed, at no charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.What are your rates?
Our pricing is individualized. Every home is unique and we base our rates on different factors such as the size of the home, pet hair or clutter. That is the reason we like to meet with you at your home to give you a quote.
